Why Restoration?Thousands of old Jerusalemite homes are threatened by structural failure or demolition under unlicensed-building pretexts; leaving them means displacing their families and emptying the Old City.
What Do We Do?We restore the roofs, walls and infrastructure of homes at risk of collapse, working with Jerusalemite engineers and workers, according to priorities set by a field committee.
The Project's ImpactEvery restored home is added steadfastness for a Jerusalemite family against displacement schemes, and preservation of the Old City's historic urban fabric.
